WE8I: Any way to change views online?

Is there any way to change the playing view online? In another thread, someone mentioned that whatever view you have set to playing offline will automatically be set for online play but that is not the case. Are we stuck with using the default closeup view?

no man, dis is what u do..

go into a normal game (you vs cpu)

then u go to camera view, change it to what ever u want, then get out, play online, and u will get the view u wanted

if that dont work, then i wudnt know

Has this method worked for you? When you say "normal game", it could be an exhibition, right? I've already tried that and it doesn't work.:( Online play is great but this default view sucks!:kader:
I have to exit out of the game and use the PES 4 Online launcher to play online and there's nothing to change in there. :f***:

Nah. What they said is correct. U just save the desired view offline. Since it will use ur option file general settings including camera view setting.

I forgot about this thread and forgot to give an update. I installed the newer version (1.9.01) of pes4online and I'm now able to play in any view I choose. But I might have been doing something wrong before anyway.

I have both PES 4 and WE8I. I have only been playing PES 4 online lately since most people across the globe are playing with that version anyway. It was in WE8I where I could not change views. I haven't even tried playing WE8I to see if I could change views since installing pes4online and also PES4 Launcher 2.50.

The problem might still be there in WE8I, I don't know. I'm afraid to try it since I hate that view and I don't want to quit on my opponent after starting a game.

Well I tried to play WE8 online last night and I don't understand what's going on here. I can play WE8 in any view except Bird's Eye, which is my view of choice. I am able to use this view in PES4 online but not WE8. Strange. :S
