That's a little too harsh and while I do feel some Argentinian players and fans were not gracious in defeat, that is completely uncalled for.

God I just came back from a great Jägermeister party and I can't believe people from both sites are still arguing. :nape:

It was a fair game, little diving or play-acting. The ref was good, he surely did not favour one side.
I knew we'd win the game after Klose's equalizer as Riquelme and Crespo who are Argentina's main men on the offensive end were already subbed off.

I almost forgot, this German defense is supposed to be poor and shaky? The Argies had what, one or two clear chances during the entire 120 minutes. As much as I insulted Friedrich in the past, he did a great job on the right.

clearly argentina was the better footballling side but that substitutions by pekerman screwed everything up. If it wasnt for lehman and the weak penalty kicks by ayala and cambi... things could have been different.

argentina lost fair and square; stop looking for excuses (refs.subs,injury,penaltys) cause this are all football for you mates;you are not the first and certainly are not going to be the last; i wanst cryng or looking for pitty excuses when mexico lost to argentina despite bad refs, subs and injurys; argentina beat us cause they were the better team and by better i mean they were capable of resolving the game...this time germany was the better team... plain and simple.

its also kinda lame to use say that penaltys are base on luck or its a lottery; let me ask you ; how many time has argetina won woldcup games on penaltys; i dont think argetine would be happy if if say that argetinas winned world cups are base on luck.

I think that in the first half the Arg. played the better game. But in the second half the germans came back. For me it was a 50:50 and with a little bit of luck we won this match. What the Arg. did after the Penalties was ****, that's true. But that happens. It was a game full of emotions, so no matter if you are german, arg, brazilian, italian etc... you would be pissed too if you had lost, won't you?

And Podolski is not a nazi, neither a Jew. He just recked his arm up to the crowd, because he just scored the penalty.

Like Shifty i have German roots too in case you missed it. And than i don't get one thing, only because i dislike the Argies football culture that doesn't make me a racist mate.
And as far as banning goes? Andy said far worse things such as: fvck germany, cheating country, bastard Germans and so on, i think that is hatred itself mind you?

Shinj i admit i wrongly generalised football with culture, i should have said 'football culture', i apologize for that but that does not change the fact that what happened at the world cup is acceptable. Cufre kicks Mertesacker and than the argies show absolutely no class whatsoever. i would understand them being upset but that is just an unbelivable response.
