Hello, After noticing Wales was not in FIFA 2003 and yet again FIFA 2004 this was very distressing seeing as they are ranked #65 (were down in the 40's during euro2004 Qualifiers, just had a bad spell :'( ) in the world and "can" beat teams such as italy. But anyways, enough jabbering here is the kit. Be aware this is my 1st ever attempt at making a kit for any FIFA game ever. so post crits. I imported it over Italy to test it because Italy have the numbers in the same place as Wales do on their kit.

I would also like to know how to creat a new team in FIFA 2004. So I can creat the proper Wales Squad.

you cant create teams by now, maybe until march but at this moment theres not a program available, so maybr you would like to replace one

yeah, Cant find a team ATM with the right colourd numbers in the right place, need white, middle of chest and right shorts in white.
