I have created a CM patch for FIFA 09 to include the Wales national team. This is for people who are unhappy at EA's decision to leave the national team out.
There is now also a chants patch which includes 2 authentic Wales chants!
The patch contains the national team, fairly accurate rosters and adds the team into the international league in the game. This is my first real FIFA patch so please don't flame me
.Installation:
1. Open CM 09
2. Load the fifa database
3. Click on the patch menu and Load
4. Open the file you downloaded (link below)
5. If any or all the items in the list are in red, highlight each one and click replace on the menu to the right fo each item.
6. Click import the patch.
7. Save your database
8. Play the Game! (team is located in international league)
The kits aren't fully authentic so if you could make some better ones, please contact me.

UPDATE: v0.4 Available! Contains accurate rosters, adboards, flags and minor tweaks.

Chants patch
The process of installing is almost the same although you will need to use Sound Master from Rinaldo for this patch instead of CM.
