Wow! How did you make the ripple effect of the puma kits, could you share?

Edited to add: for clarity, i’m finding it impossible to make the ripple pattern. I’ve been making PES kits so if you could share the sleeve pattern, vector or psd, i’d be eternally grateful. Happy to make a paypal donation too, really got to that point with it!
