Vibration+Armbandproblem/bugs

I have found 2 problems across FIFA.
1. When I change/put out the captain the vice captain which get the captainarmband has long sleeves.... can we correct this?
2. Is it possible to patch the vibration. The controller onyl vibrates when the ball hits the crossbar..... and not if i get fouled or in tackels heading duels ect.... can we patch this?

Help pls
