I don't think one does. I always prefer mental attributes, and the ones you can train are pretty limited (off-the-ball, positioning, maybe composure). Tutoring should be done ASAP. There are several players there who have low Determination and that goes up like crazy with tutoring because it doesn't count for CA.
I'm sorry for the delay, but here's a screenshot of Langil. He'll be Manu Corral's back-up this season.
I sold Cristiano to Dortmund for about 9M (good deal I think) and Herbert ''The Pervert'' Paul to Hoffenheim for peanuts. We thank him for 8 years of loyal service in 3.Liga, 2.Liga and Bundesliga. But frankly his disgusting pranks in the locker room became a nuisance.
In exchange I signed one of Germany's most promising left backs: Kai Weber from Fürth. I like having another German on the team with key player potential. Financially we're looking very good so I splashed quite a bit on him: 17M. Little Christian will keep the financial status quo healthy, I'm sure.
Our first fixture of the season was against Fulda in the first round of the DFB-Pokal. On a hot summer evening we travelled to Stadion Johannisau by bus. Uli sometimes wonders what the point of all this is... Have we gone anywhere? Oh right, he's a nihilist.
We won 0-3, courtesy of the Asians on the team. Uli went on to get hammered in the Fulda cantina, ranting about how he would send Israeli Yossi Zatma on a ''concentration'' camp because he's mentally poor. Mikic and Esser, two of the tallest and strongest guys on the team, went on to destroy all phones and recording devices from the hands of Fulda youths and drunks. Imagine if this rant would go viral...
First REAL fixture of the season is at home vs. Borussia Dortmund. I'll try to play a lot of games before the next update to keep a reasonable pace going. Let's say Christmas.

Ok, this deserves to be posted. What a beautiful start against the defending champs! Especially the 2-1, Pavle Mejic's second, is a thing of beauty. Look at the passing and set-up with Hoxha.

It's all coming together beautifully! This is probably one of the most exciting teams I've played with. They're super young, very fast and they combine for the most beautiful goals you'll see. Every game is spectacular.
Top 4 is Champions League football in 2023-2024, so that goal should definitely be reached. Dreaming of more now, much more.

Ingredients of this glorious Christmas meal:
- The stunning developments of Mejic, Hoxha, Esser, Ayala and Mikic.
- Mejic is the leading goal scorer in Bundesliga so far with 13 goals. I love his game as AM, he can appear in front of goal out of nowhere.
- Marjan Avdic is becoming an elite Bundesliga player, finally.
- The grit of Park Min-Kyoo. He scored crucial goals in the dying minutes of the game.
- Kapitän Hahn is having his best season so far. I like his veteran presence next to young Mikic. Icon.
- Nakano left for the U23 Asian Games in November-December. This gave Urwantschky his first real shot in the first team. He played in 10 games so far, delivering a key assist in the game against Schalke (1-0 win). Because of injuries, youth product Laurynas Köpke also made his first team debut. He played 8 games, scored 1 goal and made 2 assists. His goal was a very important one vs. Leverkusen (0-2 win).
- Hell, even Ibrahima Konan is scoring goals again!
In the winter transfer window I may look for extra depth on the right wing. I was forced to move Hoxha there when Park Min-Kyoo was out for a while, but I prefer Hoxha as striker.
