User caught cheating

It has recently come to my attention that a certain user has been illegally obtaining money for his team by selling and buying players between two teams. "marc x" has been in control of two teams -- cameroon and African All Stars. I would like to see these two teams deleted because gaining good players and money illegally is unacceptable in my view and is unfair to those of us who are abiding by the rules

i agree... if you spoted some1 cheating send email and they the crew will, would have known if they are cheating.
