Update all season 2008/2009

Does anybody know of a mega patch that will update all my leagues and teams to 2008/2009 season?
I have a feeling programmers had it easier editing the game in past years.
I cant find a mega patch or roster updates that easily anymore.

Esterry is working on "clone" CEP 6.0 and Ockham is also working in his original CEP work to release in october, both projects seem promising (for those who still want to fifa 08 extended and updated while the patch is modified for FIFA 09 which i think is gonna be long)
