Unable to save games sometimes...

Sometimes when I try to save a game it says "unable to save to file blah blah blah" .... anyone has this issue ?? it leads me to believe it has something to do with superpacks and graphics add ons.

maybe try saving as a different file name?

or are you running out of diskspace at all?

I have quite a lot of graphics updates, but this has never happened to me. Don't have any 'superpacks' though.
Darren's idea of running out of diskspace would be understandable, but you would have to have huge file exchanging going on to only encounter it sometimes :S

Could also have 'something' to do with admin rights on XP.

I have 68gb free on that drive, and it never ever happend before patch 5.0.5 and I had **** load of graphic addons, this is annoying, I beat Newcastle 4-1 away, and I couldnt save.
I tried the game without any graphic addons and it doesnt do that, what is going on ??

BTW, if you read SI forums, a **** load of people have this issue.

When it happened to me it was because i didnt have any disk space. Try saving it on another drive

Dude, I just told you, I have 68GB free on that drive.
Im just gonna stick with 5.0.3 which never gave me any probelms in the 1st place, **** 5.0.5

5.0.3 was only out for a day when 5.0.5 was released, so maybe you didnt have those probs with 5.0.3 because you barrely played it

I played 5.0.3 for about a week, before I even knew about the 5.0.5 patch.
Well, so far Im using 5.0.3 and its working fine *knock on wood*.

Good thing it solved itself :S

I guess when many people over at the SI board complain about it, the SI guys don't even know what the problem is. Of course the FM 2005 problem solving team has deminished in size significantly, now they released the final patch and have made FM 2006 their #1 priority.

it say the save game unable to load and bla bla.... :| gonna spend sometimes to check whats the problems
