Since it's possible to import faces from FIFA 15 to 16, it might be possible to convert some faces with it for those teams like those Legends FV.Bart did ;)

Indeed, but some of those have been done for FIFA 15 or 16 (Quaresma, Vanden Borre, Zidane)

Also, Wichanwoo has made a Puyol for FIFA 16 (Link here) and Kelx has put Xavi in a .cmp file for FIFA 16 but with the wrong eye color (Link here).

Xavi has his face in FIFA16; as do Edgar Davids (5672), Milan Baroš (52632) & Marchena (11576)

By the way, FIFA Online 3 has a good amount of minifaces for some retired players, I uploaded some of these here.
And I had made a miniface of Edgar Davids before that you can use for your patch if you want ;)

BTW, How easy or difficult is it to convert ingame faces from older FIFAs (FIFA11 & later) & FO3 to FIFA16?

I guess it would probably take some time, but I've honestly never done it although I think it would be easier with converting some FIFA 14 faces to 15 and then to 16.
I'm currently using converted faces from Javier Saviola and Idriss Carlos Kameni which were originally from FIFA 14 (got removed in 15) and then converted to FIFA 15 by someone, I'm not sure who did it. I converted them with CM 16 and they looked good imo.

I've seen Wujek being able to convert some older faces to FIFA 14, but I'm not sure how he did it. He has converted Lilian Thuram and Cannavaro's scanned face (He's a member of the UEFA Euro TOTT in 2000).
