AZ you mean :p
I certainly hope so!! Even though I think AZ is the better team I'd still rather play them than have to put up with... no won't say anything or else the brigade will come along.

AZ Alkmaar has a good team and could cause trouble to Fener, but i think Fener is a better team, I think Newcastle-Fener will play again and this time in Istanbul also :)

lets see what happens

That's a strong group of clubs there. This is the best group of teams in the UEFA Cup in recent memory.

Werder and Sevilla stick out as being the bigger guns there. (Maybe also Ajax, but they'll have to knock out Werder straight away :p)

Wouldnt fancy trips to Benfica, Steaua or Spartak though...

I wouldn't underestimate english teams. They've had an impressive season.
In CL all the english teams won their groups. I think they did the same in UEFA, though i'm not sure. Tottenham won the group that's for sure ...

We've done incredibly well in the UEFA so far considering the kind of football we were playing in the league at the same time.

He did This on his debut in the second leg of the Carling Cup semi final, with the scores being 1-1 against Tottenhams worst rivals. Although to be fair, it was a travesty that Tottenham had even equalised because they had 2 shots on target in 120 minutes of football.

Thank YOU Ricardo Rocha.

ouch, that was really dumb, he could go there with his footh (H)

anyway, i like him, i believe he's a good player, and a mistake doesn't make a player.

ah that doesn't mean anything, a mistake like that could happen to anyone..

Still, Tottenham did pay way too much, hehe. Thanks for the money :shades:

Oh look the UEFA Cup is back and nobody gives a crap (H)

Anyway, here are today's results:

I saw the Benfica vs. Dinamo match. Pretty even match throughout, both teams had their chances (Benfica's were more clear) and both dominated possesion for parts of the match. It's a shame that they got scored on in the 89th minute. I'm dissapointed but then again I'm not, I can't wait to see those Dinamo c*nts cry about getting those offside calls against them (H)

Same here. I say some British things on here that you'll never hear me say in real life.

Benfica has been much stronger at home in the past games, this game was crap for both, in the end i guess we deserve the win.

Anyway, those Dinamo guys look a bit arrogant to my taste...

they said something like "The real earthquake will be Wednesday, when we play them" (there was a small earthquake in Portugal) :|

they pretty much defended the whole game with some counter-attacks..

i predict a very hard game at their home... what can you tell me about the environment in their stadium? Their fans looked pretty good in Da Luz.

EDIT: And what the **** just happened with Ze Kalanga? He enters at 65 min and leave at 80 without any injury or whatever (H)

I think Dinamo lost to Portimonense in a friendly before playing us.. we needed to win this at least 2-0 and should have, now anything can happen in Romania. It was a good opportunity to resolve this at home but once again we'll have to bite our nails in the away match..
