What are you on about? I just said Palermo aren't half as good as one expects them to be based on their Serie A performance.

Frankfurt are a midtable team in Germany, Fener are the powerhouse of Turkish football, a 3-0 wouldn't really suprise me either.

Good win by Fenerbahce. Honestly, who gives a FAWK if palermo took it seriously or not.

Dinamo join Steaua in the Round of 32 of the UEFA Cup by beating Bayer Leverkusen 2-1 at home. Slowly but surely Romania will pass Germany in the UEFA coefficients race. Hopefully Rapid manage to get a victory tomorrow night in Athens, they've f*cked themselves up with those 3 draws so far.

I watched the game. Very solid performance. Niculescu is a very good player, 10 goals in 9 UEFA competition matches this season is just amazing. I hope both Steaua and Dinamo advance and we meet in the latter stages of the competition.

Amazing performance by Leverkusen as usual haha. The German FA should only allow Bayern and Bremen to participate in European tournaments from next season on. Romania surpassing us in the Uefa coefficients race has got to be the most embarrassing moment in the history of German football.

just kiddin man....I can't believe this is happening to Romanian football right now. I don't know how long it's gonna last but I'm enjoying it. Owners have started to invest their money heavily and it is starting to show :)

But there's another aspect of getting too high in the coefficients table. Romania's going to have 6 clubs in the UEFA competitions, so all the points Romanian teams get will be divided in 6. And I don't think there are other solid Romanian clubs apart from Steaua, Dinamo and Rapid, so it's quite possible only those teams will be able to earn points, but these points will be divided in 6, not in 3. So in case the other teams aren't achieving some results, Romania will start losing points in the coefficients table. Even if Steaua, Dinamo and Rapid keep perfoming pretty solid.

yep, but there are teams tha can make performance in Uefa ... of example CFR Cluj, who eliminate Athletic Bilbao, Saint-Ettiene is Uefa Intertoto 1-2 years ago ... and he lose in Uefa Intertoto Final with RC Lens ... and this year, Farul Constanta has go till Final, when win with 1-0 at home and lose with 4-1 at away ... that teams are little teams, but they an make an good job in Uefa Cup !! :D

Yes that's true but like Luis_Figo said there are clubs in Romania that are able to perform on a European stage other than Steaua, Dinamo and Rapid. Saying that, it will probably take those clubs a season or so of European football before finally getting solid results but with the way that the current coefficients are done (every 4 years) they have that time :)

Feyenoord reached a historical low. bah. Ajax wasnt anything good either. Wouldnt be surprised if we slide even further down the ranks in the UEFA-coefficients

I wouldn't be surprised if they get suspended because of the teargas accident which made it impossible for their goalkeeper to continue :o unbelievable :kader: f*cking losers!

Ajax played like sh*t tonight omggg losing against Espanyol with 2-0 at home is ridiculous but we were powerless. These guys earn millions and they played like crap I'm so mad :nape:
Funny thing is if we win against Zulte-Waregem in two weeks we are through to the 2nd round can you believe it even stronger...even if we lose the game with 3-0 we are through but after tonight I only feel bad.
But at least we didn't throw with teargas tonight behind the goal that is so f*cking stupid, count on some Rotterdam idiots to do that..
