On this thread I`ll post my stadiums for FIFA 16

here the first test for the City Ground,Nottingham forest(completely built from scratch):

60% of the materials are imported,80% of the crowd are imported!!

the solution for the City Ground is ODromo stadium....the bench players are covered!!

You'll have to edit the model, probably with blender I guess. There is no way to change it through database.
