I'm not sure, but since the program won't let you set the working directory, I guess it reads it from the registry at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA Sports\FIFA 16 or at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\EA Sports\FIFA 16. In both cases you have to set the "Install Dir" value to your FIFA 16 Demo path.

Yes, overlay_9105.big. Try to regenerate if it's already there.
