Tutorial Video-Intro

Well This is my explication how make a Intro for FIFA Games (i think...work on all FIFA's and another EA games)
I can find a other " fifa intro tutorial" in the net...well i found in korean and chinese..but

1º. You need download and install this programs:

• Virtual Dub: Is necesary "MPG1 Video" format

• VP6 Codecs.

• EAVP6Encoder: Convert videos from .AVI to .VP6.

• aTube Catcher: Download( this programs can download MPG1).

2º. Virtual Dub > Open video file > "Nombre de su Video"

3º. Next change the frame rate:
Video > Frame Rate > Source Rate Adjustamen (Primer Pool de Opciones) > Opción 2 > Colocan 30 (30 cuadros p/ seg.) > OK

4º. Next select VP6 Codec:
Video > Compression > Seleccionan VP60® Simple Profile > Configure > En "Bitrate" colocan 2000 > OK

5º. In this window "configure" the Width, Height, & Filter Mode
Video > Filters > Add > Resize > OK > Change Width, Height, & Filter Mode dejeandolo en Width 640, Height 480 y Filter Mode Bicubic > OK > OK.

6º. Change Audio to Full Processing mode:
Audio > Full Processing Mode

7º. Change Audio Type:
Audio > Conversion > Sampling Rate = 44100Hz - Precision = 16-bit - Channels = Stereo > OK

8º. Now set the audio compression:
Audio > Compression > "No Compression (PCM)" > OK

9º. Save:
File > Save as AVI

10º. Open EA VP6 Encoder:
Browse > "Your Video Name" > Convert.

11º. Now rename and move:
This is the EA Sports logo: "bootflowoutro.vp6"
This is the intro: "bootflowintro_MARKER.vp6"
This would be the default route: "CArchivos de programa\EA Sports\FIFA 11\Game\data\movies"

Have you really tested this tutorial in FIFA 11 ? I followed it precisely (except that the FPS remained 60 because on 30 the .avi video was very laggy) but when I actually tried to enter into the game when the intro should be displayed the music runs but no image whatsoever.
Let me see what happens with 30FPS, maybe it's not that laggy in-game ....

I dont undestand why! i test this in 5 differents eagames and work fine..

Which game video did you replace? If I remember well the time I tried something, I had the impression that the intro cannot be replaced properly. Try replacing the ealogo and let us know if it works

i did it and works but not so good.
it might be because of this??:

1 - i dont have MPG1 (i have MPEG1) is it the same format?
2 - i dont see Filter Mode Bicubic..
all i got is these options:

bicubic (interpolation only)
precise bicubic (a=-0.75)
precise bicubic (a=-0.60)
precise bicubic (a=-1.00)

what should i do? thanks

I made every single thing that you said, but when I open Vp6Encoder and try to export my file, it says "sx.exe has stopped working"... I have Tried without success...

I'm on windows 7 x64.
