Turn off "REJECT ALL OFFERS"

I chose to "Reject all Offers" months ago for a player I now want to sell. How do I turn this off? Offers are coming in and being rejected. (CM 03/04).

Well, naturaly I that was the first thing I tried. I set his transfer status to "listed." Still, all offers are being automatically rejected. Does it do this for a period of one year or something, with no control? Very annoying!

You can choose more than just 'transfer listed' or not, there.
