Trying to use fraps, keeps freezing

Keeps freezing my pc when i try to use fraps...i put it on 30fps and save movie at half size..

are there any other progs like fraps?

wat he said...recording vids takes a toll on the pc so if u dont have a good rig then try playing around with the settings...experiment ;)
