Trouble inst. FIFA 2001 on Win Mill.

Im having trouble installing FIFA 2001 on Windows Millenium. I know Millenium has a lot of trouble so if somone know a way to bypass it or has any information please help. What I get in an error in running the auto set up for the game. If I do get in to the setup, it stops half way through the installation and it brings up an error message. Please help.
