Training in FM2006 (DEMO)

I'm just enjoying every moment of play on this Strawberry FM2006 Demo.

All the improvements made in the game are extraordinay and gave much more control of some aspects in the game, also it seems very interesting that we as managers have our basic salary too, it will be nice to compete with José Mourinho LOLOLOL

My question is: Isn't there anymore the option for the assistant manager to handle the training? Where this option was is now the option for the assistant manager to do the team talk, but that i want to do by myself, but i wasn't used to have to handle with training... and i don't like it. LOL

the "auto assign all" works in a way i guess, but apart from that no, it isnt on the old "options" tab.

and now that we can see contracts lets hope sometime in the forseable future we'll get the chance to negotiate manager contracts and recieve offers from other teams etc

I tought that might happen in FM2006 or else this thing about the contracts wont have much use, because it could only be used to compare our salary with other managers, I hope that if we are @ one club and another club approaches to us they will say how much we would win monthly for us to make our decisions...

In response to demand from FM fans contracts have been included so you can negotiate your terms of employment with the board and even haggle over transfer funds, giving you more power as a boss

Well, that's from the official announcements list, so...

'Haggle' isn't defined 'either accept or decline'

it should be just like it is with player contracts. Maybe with some extra stuff about what the board offer (funds, wages) if u accept.

I've had the contract offers in the demo with adelaide united. You do get all the options relating to how much transfer budget and wage budget you have as well as how long your contract is and how much you get paid.
