Hi, on this post i'll put some trainers for replace the existing ones on the FIFA07, i mean, so u can play your manager mode with REAL trainers.
Here's my first post:

Sure, save it on .png or .bmp format from this post.
Now, open the cm07 and on the top right corner, on the tag "staff", click under it and will display "manager", now choose a number between 0 and 20, click on "load" to load the picture, and the save the cm07 and the pic will be imported to the game!
