Tournaments showing up as "undefined"

As I fiddled some more with the game on CM16, I decided to add more teams for the continental competitions. However, as a result, two of the leagues I added - the Egyptian Premier League and the Premiership in South Africa - are now bugged in the game, even though they worked fine before and I hadn't even messed with them.

This is how they appear in Tournament Mode:


If I try to select them, the game crashes. And because of this, starting Career Mode - which was my ultimate objective - is a no-go as well.
I even reinstalled the game from the ground up, rebuilt everything from scratch... and still the same results. I made sure to regenerate after every step and to keep schedule.txt under 7,000 lines, by the way.

What's causing this?
What should I do?

So, doesn't anyone have an answer?
Even if I try deleting and remaking the tournaments with different IDs or make them on a fresh install, the results are still the same.
PLEASE. I'm getting REALLY frustrated here.

You're not gonna get any help with a bitchy attitude mate. It might be a language problem, I've read it in one thread once.

I'm sorry, I just thought I'd keep being ignored and let the frustration get the better of me there (although your definition of "bitchy" seems a bit too thin-skinned - I was frustrated, but not impolite).
Can you please elaborate on this language problem? Does it have to do with CM16's Align Language feature?

EDIT: I figured it out. Looks like there's only so many tournaments I can have in the game, a similar issue to that of schedule.txt (where you can only have so many match dates before the game starts crashing). I had made both Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana, which was when that problem started appearing. When I deleted the Sudamericana, it got solved: the tournaments that were marked "undefined" would start normally and the trophies appeared.
