Tournament issue

I made a simple league for tournament mode. 18 teams, 34 legs, 9 matches a leg. And after the last match in the league, the game instead of ending and allowing to go back to main menu just crashes. I have no idea why anymore.

This problem I encountered with a calendar issue. Not if you've set it manually for every single day or have it created automatically by the CM. I fixed it by recreating the calendar. Another note. For each game put Min 1 and Max 30. Even that could somehow influence.
