Why is it that teams from certain countries always reject my tour proposals?. I'm playing as Barça and i tried to do different tours (Japan, Korea, USA, etc) since it seems very popular these days for clubs to try to raise some money and maybe merchandising(do you actually get these benefits from touring?)but they never seem to accept it. Is it because those leagues are turned off?. I can always arrange little tours in Holland, Germany, England but i'd like to do like an Asian tour for a change.

Btw i did one in Morocco once and big stadiums of at least 50,000 ppl were full but im not sure i got money from it... i guess tickets are really cheap there

It's because they're halfway through their season, and no you don't get money from tours, all the money goes to the host.

Remember Fixtures aren't the same all around the world.

Thanks SuRFy, i thought it'd be something like that... what about merchandising money does it increase when you tour?. I dont know why i had this idea i think i read something like that on a CM guide once.

It's all good mate, i don't you get merchandise money when you tour, i doubt it, but you never know.

I'm currently in my Pre Season with Barca, i don't tour much, here's what i do, i hold 3 Pre Season Cups and i invited:

1st pre season cup.

Juventus
Arsenal
FC Bayern

2nd

AC Milan
Real Madrid. :sb9:
Chelsea

3rd

Inter
Manchester United
Valencia

I set the fee 1.5 Million each, plus the money i get from the ticket revenue, i make a hell of alot of money, Maybe Next year, i plan to tour Australia. (H)

That's cool man maybe i'll try that next season as i'm starting my second season already...

What kind of singings have you made?

In my first year i signed Skeletenburg, Ballack, Van Bommel, Gallas,Sneijder and Kuijt and won La Liga and Copa del Rey but got knocked out by Milan in the CL semis(most of the signings except Skeletenburg and Ballack were inellegible for the CL) and i sold Deco to Depor for €20m and Gerrard also to Depor for like €5...

And now in my second year i got rid of Sylvinho(who isnt that bad btw)for €2m to Atletico, sold Riquelme for €12m also to Atletico and Kuijt to Depor for €13.5 that could increase to €19.5 with bonuses...and i only bough Lahm for €4.5 and my big signing Torres for €55 plus 20% sale clause ...I think i got the team i like and i dont wanna mess it up too much for a while except for players that may want to leave but i renewed most of the players and its looking good...

Nice Ole, here's my Transfer In 2004/2005, i got the great South African Trio of Khanye, Vilakazi and Mokena loaned them all to my 2nd favourite club Gimnastic, The Trio were a key part why Gimnastic are in La Liga for the 2005/2006 season. (H)

Haha yeah i always find that the other Catalan clubs are usually the ones interested in loaning my players (Nastic, Terrassa, Gramanet...)

I tried to sign Milito but Zaragoza wouldn't sell him to me were asking too much and then they turn around and sell him to Sampdoria i think for like €6.5m...bastards!!! and how much did you pay for Joaquin???

Thats nice, in my first year i gave Messi a couple of games and he did well. Another players i gave a chance to were Cristian and Peña( who did very well though this year i loaned him out to Terrassa)

Yeah that's a ton of signings so he had to start out in jan 04 otherwise i dont see how he did it.

As you can most of the current players are there and i just added some big names cause i dont like to mess with the team that much early on...Also in the preseason i declined an offer from Juve (€38.5m + Tacchinardi + 30% sell clause for Carles Puyol :) )

Actually I believe English teams have come over and played American teams in the middle of the US season recently.
