Too much of a good thing?

I will start out with a little back story.

My formation:

--------------GK---------------

DR-----------DC--------------DL-----

--------DMC------DMC---------------

MR----------------------------ML----
V(both)
V
V---------------AMC--------

----------FW------------FW

My option for the mids.(that i am willing to play in that position or at all)with stars next to the starter

MR-C.Ronaldo*, Sneijder

ML-Robben*,Vaart,C.Ronaldo

AMC-Vaart*, Tuncay

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
I consider this my Total Football formation, in attack I have up to 9 guys forward and for the past 3 seasons have not had trouble on defense.

I need my wing backs to do one of three things during a game.

1)Be support at mid for the attackers
2)send long balls to the forwards or attacking mid
3)typical runs down the sideline
4, for my DC) send through balls to the DMCs which will split the other team

All of this needs(i feel) a great deal of creativity

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have very talented wingers, my first teamers all can dribble like gods and all have great crossing combined with high creativity stats, they are the back bone of my attack. No need to explain why creativity is important in that part of the team.
______________________________________________________________

I use two DMC to both hold my defense together and become that little unexpected spark in the attack, they do much what Xabi Alsonso does in real life, send long, accurate, defense-splitting balls to the main attackers. I feel they need a great deal of creativity for that to work well. starting to see a trend?

I am worried about my AMC though, Vaart is not as influential in the play making as has been in the past with my other teams, Tuncay has been the same way. both play very well through the game, but arent as important as I would like them to be.

I am afraid this is a because all the other players have such high creativity. My forwards are ordered to be very attacking and make many runs into the box, and my team's creativity is set on high in general. Any advice?
