suppose i will then, im going to merge both my threads though i think, can someone delete the other thread im going to only use this one

since this thread is mostly for classic stuff, i also created a thread for any improvements and tweaks (witch im now moving here) i wish to make to my copy of the game, i have added a lot of kits that were not in the latest (4.0 at the time i originally wrote this) moddingway mod, and added some stuff based on football manager 14 database

so some of these things might not have actually been used through the 13/14 season and some may not be 100% mine originally (i have just tweaked them)

so if i fail to credit someone dont be mad, i WILL be open about what i have done

also as always no requests please, im doing this for personal use and im just going to be uploading what i add to MY game

hope you all enjoy, despite 15 being out now im sure someone will in future

Sheffield Wednesday kit set

includes,

White 3rd kit (never worn)
White 3rd with Home shorts (as worn vs Milwall)
Home kit with 12/13 Black shorts option (never worn)
away goal keeper kit

and versions of all these kits (plus the kits already in game) with Champions League, Europa League and Premier League patches numbersets and armbands applied for season mode use (should you get promoted obviously)

recommended you have moddingway mod installed first because this will add the GK kits and the kits with the actual sky bet arm patches to the game

to install simply add the file titled Team_1807 to your game by placing it under (you must have revolution mod installed) game/data/fifarna/assignments/lua/teams

then add the RX3 files located in the folder titled add with CM14 to the game using CM14 (assign them to Sheffield Wednesday kits 3,4 and 8)

then place the other files (in the folder titled add directly to kit folder) in game/data/sceneassets/kits

no need to regenerate the database

next up a series of kits for Tranmere Rovers, Milwall, and Mansfield Town designed to replicate actual evens of the season

the mod mimics the following real life events

Colchester United vs Tranmere Rovers:
the referee decided that both Tranmeres white and sky blue kits clashed with Colchesters home kit and thus made them borrow Colchesters gold third kit (without sponsorship) ....the mod replaces all of Tranmeres kits with the gold kit whenever they are at away to Colchester United (only works when Tranmere are at Colchester and wont affect any other games)

Sheffield Wednesday vs Milwall:
Milwall borrowed Wednesdays away kit from 12/13 for the first half of the game to give them time to get their orange 3rd kit ready (witch they wore in the second half) .....the mod replaces Milwall's home and away kits with the yellow kit but DOES NOT REPLACE THEIR THIRD if you select their third kit they will play in that instead (only works when the play Sheffield Wednesday and wont affect any other game)

Bristol Rovers vs Mansfield Town:
once again this mod only works when Mansfield visit Bristol Rovers, ....when Mansfield made the trip to play The Gas they took to the field wearing Bristols away shirt (paired with their yellow alternate home shorts and yellow home socks) from the previous season citing "unforseen circumstances" as the reasons, .......perhaps the kit man forgot the shirts, ..either way you can now relive this, replaces all of Mansfields kits for this game only

next one is based on football manager 14 database

Sheffield united has a third kit that in design dosnt exist (same style of kit as the away kit but in black) and was officially never used or declared as an option

but they did have a black away kit the previous season, so i have adapted it for 2014

Sheffield United 3rd kit

i made 3 varietys using the kit from Fifa 13 a plain unsponsored version (pictured ....the football manager one has no sponsor) one with the actual sponsor used last season and one with the 2014 home sponsor added to the kit

simply import one (or all 3 if you want choice) with CM14

so every third kit added comes with a set of alternate shorts or socks when possible and when possible i have added alternate sets of shorts and socks for some teams home and away kits where i can, for example

Barnsley Home - alt red and alt black shorts
Birmingham Home - alt blue shorts
Blackpool Home - alt orange shorts, ......Away - alt white shorts
Liecester Home - alt blue shorts

plus many more (98 files in total)

im having some problems with moddingway mods. like u said i imported database and some necessary files. but when i install 5.0.0 it all goes south. screen turns black when i play matches. is there any solution??

i dont know .....given that i dont know what database you installed and what you removed i have no idea

i do know that i only used the basic database and that i regenerated the database after i removed the stuff i thought was unnecessary, but for all i know you removed the stadiums and forgot to regenerate

i need to import stadiums too??
i only imported heads, balls, boots, kits and database. im using db 8.0

no but if you take them out you need to regenerate the database or the game will try to load what isnt their

you dont have to import anything that you do not want, just remember to regenerate once you take the things out that you do not want ....simple

just get the i68 regenerator and run it

i did all that at 1st but i saw ball were missing, heads were missing etc etc. so i had to import those. this mwm is very confusing. is it possible to import only db??

its actually not that confusing ....if you import the database you need to import everything needed for it, ...its not hard

but if you dont understand this by now i dont think i can help

nope i got it now running fine
all i did was took everything from 1 aio and rest imported db only

ok im putting my foot down here ...this isnt a personal help desk, because the simple fact is i do not know, because 1) i didnt create CM i just use it and if i have problems i tend to figure them out and 2) i simply do not understand what you are asking me

if i can help i will PM you but i am not turning this thread into a help thread when it is for work

heres a good idea dude, if you dont know ...dont guess, ...im pretty sure you are wrong because you dont need the team id to change a collar, if the team names and stadiums are not showing its probly because CM hant loaded properly ...but dont quote me on that

Ok some news

Im working on a massive ball pack that adds a lot to FIFA 14 by giving you all the Mitre V12 balls you can wish for

It will contain:

New textures for the standard V12
New textures for the standard football league V12
A standard V12 for the Scottish Proffessional Football League
The blue and red V12 for the Capital One Cup
The rainbow coloured V12 for the Johnstones Paint Trophy
Winter V12 fluro versions of all these balls

And as a bonus

A customised V12 for EVERY english and scottish team ....including EPL clubs ......just incase any get relegated in your career save .....each plus each team ball will have 6 duplicates for use in all 3 football league leagues and their playoff competitions

Because these are hard to come by pics of though i will be guessing the colours ......dont judge me

Its nearly done too so expect it uploaded in the next fortnight or so
