I will start whit my first Kit ever: Inter Milan Fantasy Training:

you need to stretch eveything on the kit front since the template is, then it will look normal in-game.

you should cut the front out... aprox.. 512x268 pix,.. then resize it to 512x512 then you can add logos etc... when the front is done resize it back to 512x268 and import
