I'd like to thank all of you, the regular posters. I'd like to thank Soccer Gaming Forums.

Why? I was in a total mess-I'll keep the details to myself. I was near the point of no return but then I turned back and wanted to try to get my act together.

My first step was here. I wanted to try and see if I can become a better poster around here. I don't know if I've succeeded or to what extent but I tried.

Since, I tried...I think I have come a long way-in everything else- in a very short period of time.

So, there you go. Thanks to all of you. Mostly, Shifty,Mus,Kp40,Sir_Didier_Drogba. But also everyone else who regularly post around here.

However, from your posts I gather that you seem to be suffering from drinking problem and depression.

Have you thought of seeking professional help? First, however, you should try helping yourself if your not confident of reaching out just yet. Start with little things. Depression is a bad and painful condition to be suffering from. Talk to your closest about it. If you feel you need help, don't hesitate- It's a request, actually.

Think that problems, be it the cause of other's doing or yourself, is something that we all go through. There are obviously bright sides to yourself and your life. Let go of the past and start fresh!

I know full well,mate, that its easy to say, easy to say to yourself and still, it's hard to even start-but believe me and most of all, believe in yourself that you can. If you succeed or to what extent, it really doesn't matter.Be brave and start with trying :).

Don't be selfish to the point where you cannot see that you have something to give,say or do to help someone else, too, if you try to find your better self.

Life is really hard, I know. Though, possibly, I don't know how hard it is for you and another person. But for sure it isn't that hard.

All true. I have my own ways to cope with it and it's a very complex situation. And my "closest" persons are mainly the reason behind this.

Poet, as one of the most annoying posters in SG :), period, I have to admit I really enjoy these threads ... I think everyone remember my dramas and super stupid posts but I can' give up ... It's fun to discuss football and other issues even with Mandieta6 ;) .... try to be yourself and enjoy the conversation ...
