To fix the problem with tournament dressing
Check with hexedit the file stad_xxx.rx3

Change
TournamentDressing

And that problem will dissappear

I mean there will be no dress for the stadium and it will show the original texture ( the stadium is already dressed : )

That's possible because Ninja Ripper sometimes doesn't export all files. At the moment I'm very busy so please try it on your own. It's not difficult and there are many tutorials on the internet.

I exported all stadiums with Ninja Ripper again and uploaded all files: DOWNLOAD

Important: I don't change anything. So there's no Blender file with the 3d model and there are many files and textures that aren't important.

I can't do that. That's much too complex for me and it costs way too much time. I'm out in stadium editing.

Uncheck read only on the stadium folder, and you should be fine, i also had that problem

Thanks to realsoto and Maxey we'll have some more World Cup stadiums. They created Volgograd Arena for PES6 and I converted it:
