Hertha looks quite good...some quality players like Basturk and Marcelinho...I'll give them a try, thanks again, Ruud :jap:

Play as 1. FC Koln, you start with Lukas Podolski in the Bundesliga 2, but promotion should be GUARANTEED in the first season, and you can probably get at least 15M Euros for Podolski when you decide to sell.

Koln indeed is a very nice team to play with, 2 huge talents, the biggest of Germany: Podolski and a very good DC, who can make the NT in a few years: Sinckewicz or something. Promoting is easy the fisrt year, but it can be a really tough job getting a good performance in the bundesliga after that. I definitely recommend Koln

Haha Koln hasn't won a match since they got promoted(together with my Aachen team) and it's february at the moment.

Should be quite a challenge.
I'd rather say something like Blackburn a bit easier IMO.

I play with my team since I was born. Sporting Lisbon. it is a team full of potential that with the right transfers can became great. It already has Ricardo, Rogerio, Rochemback, Liedson, Beto, Hugo Viana...just needs to get some wingers...and...it becames an awesome team.

Man, I need a club with which I can have fun until FM 2006 comes out. Anything would be fine really, as long as it has some quality players and not a big gun or something just something that can entertain me a bit...

I've been playing with Royal Antwerp. fun fun fun! No nationality restrictions, so I'm mining as much young talent as I can from all over the world!

reminds me of the fun i used to have in serie a in CM03 :( As many players as i want from any nationality. now this stupid 1 (or is it 2) non eu player per season makes serie a the worse league for noneu players

well I actually like the Italy rules more than for example the English or the Spanish ones cause the rule doesn't apply for foreign players who already play in Italy only for players outside Italy that are non-eu players.

Anyway I decided to go for Ruud's advice(well part of it that is) and play with Colon de Santa Fe in Argentina. Now can anyone explain to me how this competition works? With this season open and season close and so on...

Hey, I want to be a team that has some nice money and at least one or two superstars. The league doesn't really matter although I prefer Europe. I have fun winning right away, so lower league is out of the question. Oh, and I don't really enjoy Spain that much.

Olympique Marseille should fit you pretty good, and Ligue 1 is a nice championship aswell.
