I install update packages and then it comes into play and it works but after I quit the game and re-enter as if I didn't install anything it goes back to normal, like I didn't install anything

I installed a package of faces, transfers, player updates, stadiums and it works but I create from the game and re-enter it disappears

What's wrong? What am I doing wrong?
