This thread, guys, is for any of you who started (or is about to start) a new thread just to post screenshots/textures of popular faces that are currently trending (Cristiano Ronaldo, Steven Gerrard, etc.) and to archive your textures into an extensive resources library available to oncoming new facemakers.
-First of all, opening your own face threads is nothing wrong. I'm not criticizing anyone. But at this point in time, model editing is still considered impossible, at least until a new tool comes out. Anything else before that happens stops at texture editing. Textures =/= faces. And sometimes you guys are all making textures for the same faces i.e Cristiano Ronaldo. Which is a MASSIVE waste of time for viewers, and bandwidth for the forum, browsing through 100 threads just to look at relatively the same thing. So if you're about to make a CR, or Gerrard texture, post screenshots HERE in this thread. I'm not saying you're not entitled to your own threads, so don't bash if you don't get the point. Just have some common sense and understanding for other people's well-being.
-Secondly, since at this point, texture making is all there is to the FIFA 11 facemaking trade, if anyone would like to make their textures free to others for usage/as templates, references, then THIS is where that happens. This will be FIFA 11's texture archive where you share your textures. NO credits will be taken, if you don't mind that. A free, selfless and generous mind is all that's needed. Of course you can always give credit to the people whose textures you've used, just to be courteous. The purpose: to drive the facemaking community forward, as a collaborative community, rather than a competitive one. This is the true intended purpose of this thread. Hope you guys look at the bigger picture.
-Thirdly, this thread is for your learning and improvement. Feedback on textures and sharing of texture making techniques are welcome, so that each facemaker can benefit from interacting with one another, instead of wow-ing at others and posting the same thing over and over again in every thread, i.e "Great faces!", "Keep more", "I wait more", "Master", etc. This also helps prevent egos from developing as some facemakers might become arrogant/complacent/hasty with their work in the long run from being used to repeated compliments.
-Finally, DO NOT bash. If you don't want to share your textures and still prefer to post your Cristiano Ronaldo textures in your own thread, by all means, do so. Don't come whining saying I'm forcing you all to do this and that because in fact I'm not. Only constructive criticisms/suggestions/advice allowed. "Bad texture", "+1/+2/+n", etc. are STRICTLY ill-advised (meaning good English is recommended). You've been warned.
Remember, NO "+1"s ALLOWED.

so far there no sense of making texture but never touch the 3d models. i can't make thorns on my batman face for fifa11.
but not a lot of people downloaded the file xD they don't know what are they missing
