since training is very important, you'll need a good staff. I am in a need of them, and want some. Any suggestions. Just post every good staff from a small team (or no team). Maybe this could become a good list and a sticky

its a lot harder for smaller clubs to get good staff because more often then not they dont wanna come....

at least thats whats happening to me right now

well i'm @ a big club, but heres some good ppl. i found these playing on medium db. serie A full death, english premier division and spanish first division (non full detail) :

vincenzo pincolini - no club
...garcia garcia - i think no club
Cruz - i think no club

argh if all else fails, just search for all coaches with the required attributes and steal them from other small clubs. i as Milan, managed to steal Lodi from Roma and a few of the Juve coaches too. later on in the game lots of my best coaches got prized away by top clubs as managers

yea it only works sometimes, when u offer them like 14000 pound wages and assistant manager. but in my new game with 4.1.3 i had to wait till season 2 when Lodi and Ugolotti (from roma) both where free agents MUAHHAAHHA. now i got pretty awesome staff. surely u managed to get Pincolini tho?

Just go to staff search, and put in the stats you want, ie. outfield/gk 18+ and then the nationality of your nation. Sort by reputation, and try to sign as many good coaches that you can. If you are a relatively big or medium sized club in a top flight, it is possible to poach with offers as Assistant Managers. You can have as many right hand men as you please.

Gilberto de Moraes from São Paulo Futebol Clube is not the best you would expect, but offer him something like 15K per month and he is likely to come, a good outfield and goalkeeper coach too.

Hey im playing with Liverpool, got loads of coaches on high wages, but a good Assistant ive got instead of crappy Thompson is this guy called Propos, i got him VERY cheap and his wage is very low, under 1000 which is pretty good for an Assistant. Check him out, doing well for me.

Check out a guy called Jean Gallice. He came to my conference side and has VERY good stats.

many coaches have random ability tho. So it's prety hard to always find some of them good when starting a new game
