I've been playing Ghost Recon - Future Soldier a lot recently, and man, this game kicks ass. Probably one of the best 3rd person shooters I played. This game was announced back in 2010 when Ubisoft released gameplay video of it, but they changed a lot of stuffs (I must say on worse, cause original gameplay looked better for me), but nevertheless this game looks amazing. Story is decent, gameplay mechanics are cool; cover-to-cover system, aiming down the sight, teamwork, stealth, weapon customization (from barrels, sights, FMJ and incindinery ammunition, optics...) Definitely one of the games I would gladly pass more then once.

I do think that Third Person action games are few and far between but they should be utilised more often. I'm tempted by Ghost Recon but I'm not sure whether it'd be too futuristic for me. I don't tend to get on with Sci-Fi based games, Halo being a series that I'm particularly not fond of.

You can start from Mass Effect 3 if you want to, but it might seem a bit too foreign right off the bat. To be honest, even after the first 2 games I didn't have a great clue what was going on until the final game.

Apparently the creators of Heavy Rain have made a new game called Beyond: Two Souls, which stars Ellen Page in the lead role. It looks like current-set sci-fi, which I'm not too hrilled about, but **** it, it has Ellen Page and its from the guys who made Heavy Rain, it's gonna be awesome.

Yea, PES 2013 Demo is just amazing. I think KONAMI will nail EA this year badly :innocent_smile_1:.

Gamescom is this week, more infos will be released about many games, cant wait.

Probably pre-ordering FIFA13 through Origin's special Gamescom offer. I get Ultimate Team (which I play a lot) gold packs plus discounts on Logitech store and Origin. The offer ends on the 19th so I'm just waiting for Gamescom to start and hear a bit more about the game so I can be 100% sure I'm buying it.

I have I like it a bit, there isn't a FIFA one this year it seems so I'm already leaning to PES. This might change my mind though...




I've recently finished Arkham City, considering buying the mini games to finish the game.

You know what annoys me? When you pre-order a game on Steam and half the world gets to play it yet Australia is left out of the loop for another week. I find it ludicrous for digital distribution to have separate release dates based on where you are geographically.

Oh well, hopefully Sleeping Dogs is worth the wait...
