shinji ... i remember seeing this website with some cool tutorials with stuff for webpages ... like electrical wire etc ... it was around here waaaaaaaaay back and i need it

the site had a green froggy as its logo .. they've changed thier design since and i cant remember it since i've formatted my comp twice since i last went to it.

or any other sites with such content would be nice

ah, I think you mean NeoFrog ...they went down for a while, but it's back up again. Although I don't think the tutorials are up yet..

umm...give Team Photoshop a try, they might have what you need.
