Jesus how did the ref not award a penalty on the play were Reyes got destroyed on, should have been a yellow to Abbondanzieri. Seriously that was a horrible tackle and a horrible call. Abbondanzieri also takes down Robinho but this time it's not as bad as the Reyes tackle. Also the Cassano one looked 50-50 to me, there was contact on the play so... Anyway, looking at the highlights we should have won this match by 2-3 goals.

I'm not sure about the Cassano one. I've seeen them given, but there was very little contact. He went down a little too easily and looked a fool in the end.

The fact that we didn't win on Sunday defies logic. The ref should have red carded Abodonzwhatever for that horror tackle on Reyes. I mean c'mon ref, studs to the freaking knee.

Anyway I'm starting to see this season more as a transitional season rather than one where we might actually win something. I'm not on the Capello hate wagon, because to be honset, the sh*t that's happened this season makes no sense. Then again anything is possible. We're only six points off.

we were absoulotley great yesterday i really liked the teams performance everyone played well even beckham.

robinho was man of the match for me he was awesome his best match since el clasico, and becks actully past a player by dribiling with the ball ive never seen that before

anyway hopefully we will play like that against barca and bayern, if we keep in this track and capello keeps playing this kind of football i see us achieving great things. !! HaLa Madrid !!

i dont really care how we play or who plays as long as we go through, this is the kind of situation that capello is good at, so iam not too worried.

Agree, I have no clue how the ref missed that one.

Oh and does anyone else think that we should partner Ramos with Mejia as CB's ( or play Torres as a CB as he has said that he is more comfortable playing there....and Ramos said that he likes playing as a RB more than a CB )

BTW is anyone else really nervous about the Bayern game? I think Bayern are the favorites buy hopefully the team suprises me with a nice win.

does anyone think the refs have been specially crappy this season for everybody; i know they dont favour anybody or at least i dont believe so; but they have made such amazing calls or miss them it makes you think they do favour the other team; like that penalty over reyes or that redcard to giuly just as examples; i mean whats the deal with refs this season; i think the federation needs to take hands in the matter for the next season. just my 2 cents.

most refs act like they were drunk out of their mind this season (well not only this one...). seriously, i dont know what kind of schools they go through in Spain, but you definetly get the feeling they make a ****load more mistakes than in other countries.

Like Drvar said its not just this season, and I have said it so many times before that the ref's in Spain are really really ****ty and make lots of errors. Each game I watch I have the same feeling about the refs.

The refs are very bad. Its unbelieveble. That tackle on Reyes was just ridiculous. Cost us a great player and 3 points. Thanks! O well, Bayern is more important. And I really think we can win it. If Robinho plays well and Cannavaro doesnt make any mistake then we have a good chance of going through. I just hope we dont play on defence because then we are flying out for sure.
