Florentino Perez spent 51 M Euros forming our central defense last summer.

He's not going to go ruining it now before they even get a chance to play together.

Real Madrid might pay up to twenty millions for Sergio Ramos

Sergio is very universal player. He would give many alternatives to our team.
But almost 30 million(so much wants Sevilla) is too much.

Samuel has played like the best or one of the best defenders in the second half of the year.

He must stay.

i dont think that Florentino is even considering selling Samuel.
Crusad3r.. your crazy :) why do you wanna sell one of the best CB's in the world? to get alot of money? we dont need that. we got £80 million to spend on new signings. :)

Totally agree with you it would be a dumb move to sell Samuel and money is not a probleme in Real Madrid.

Cause Samuel is very good playing in a defensive team like Juventus, in example, but in Real Madrid he doesnt fit very well. We dont need a slow WALL , we need a fast BULLDOG! His season have been really dissapointing, at the begining he sucked a lot, in the last matches he was not very, but he was not even in the top of best defenders of La Liga. He got like 18 yellow cards, in Italy he got 7-8?...

samuel is proving his class, he's done a lot better in the 2nd half of the season

he still gets a lot of yellows, but he looks a lot more comfortable out there

as for next season, we should under no circumstances rely on woody...as much as some people build him up, he hasnt played since april of 2004 :nape:

if milan want ronaldo give them this offer: Ronaldo <-> Money + Jaap Stam

if they say no, then we keep a great striker,
if they say yes we get a great CB who will definatly fit in next to Walter Samuel, and we'll still get some cash for other players.
imagine that Stam + Samuel. rock solid defense. both are tall and ferocious ball winners and can stamp authority on any team thinking about scoring against Madrid. (but thats only if ronnie has to leave)

Also i think another stupid policy Madrid are using is waithing untill the end of the season to re-sign players. What difference does it make if we sign Casillias NOW rather than next week. Some may see it as a sign of disrespect.

and Deco has come out and said "he does not want his Portugal team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo to join Real Madrid."

The Barcelona playmaker has read the reports in Spain suggesting Real will bring the exciting winger to the Bernabeu this summer and is concerned he will strengthen Barca's fiercest rivals. "He is a great player and it is better that he plays at Barcelona. I like my friends and want the best things for them but not at Real, our biggest rival in Spain." - source SKYsports

and Is there any news on Figo's future, (other than he's not talking to the coach) are we selling in him, keeping him??? What!!

Real deny they are open to offers for Ronaldo

MADRID, May 27 (Reuters) - Real Madrid have issued an official statement to say their Brazilian striker Ronaldo is not for sale.

"The club would like to make it absolutely clear that neither the president nor anyone else responsible at the club would study any kind offer for the best striker in the world," read Friday's statement on the club's website.

Real have moved to counter a story published in Friday's Marca which said the club would listen to offers for the player in the region of 60 million euros ($75 million), with beaten Champions League finalists AC Milan reportedly considering a bid.

The 28-year-old is Real's leading scorer this season with 20 goals.
