That's the silliest thing I've read all day! They have a perfectly good keeper as in Sirigu, and a fantastic backup as in Trapp. No need for Valdés since he wouldn't get much playing time over there. The second one was awful (although greater keepers have made similar mistakes). The first one is bad too, but it seemed to catch him by surprise like some inward curved deadballs do. He was positioned further back assuming the defenders would protect the near post and to deal with a flick on amd then wasn't able to compensate.

In terms of result, probably not much worse. In terms of the mistakes and what they might mean for his performance long-term, errors in judging the flight of the ball or making poor decisions rushing out or allowing easy goals would be more worrying. Of those mistakes one is a freak accident and the other is unlikely to reappear (although he never showed much dexterity on the ball in Germany and if PSG want him to play the ball out it might be a bigger issue).
