1. Reduced accuracy of goalkeeper's lobbed passes and through balls.
2. Updated squad database:
- Added 257 new players
- Edited 13 players
- Updated approx. 2500 lineups, jersey numbers and positions
- Updated captain, kick takers and formation data for 51 teams
3. Fixed crash bug dealing with uploading a crest for your EASO Club.
4. Fixed crash bug dealing with goalkeeper backing into goal post while
using pace control.

i removed the no cd crack, I installed the nordic english version of the patch, i reinstalled the no cd crack, I opened fifa and none of the transfers were updated, I tried resetting the squads to the updated online version but it did nothing. Any suggestions? Do I maybe need a new no cd crack that works with the patch?

By install do u mean that you uzipped the file and run the .exe file??

IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOU MODIFIED ANY OF THE FILES (fifa.db or anyothers) U NEED TO BRING THEM BACK TO THEIR ORIGINAL STATE!!!! YOU MIGHT HAVE TO REINSTALL FIFA AGAIN :(

anyways for some reason when I install the patch my fifa.db doesn't change in size at all. If they added and removed players it should change a bit. If anyone has the updated fifa.db from the patch i will just replace mine with that one. Can someone please upload it. Thanks

this freaking patch is a big headache and EA need to fix their stuff. I should have just waited untill tomorrow... Why is EA so retarded??? They release a patch that needs a patch for it to work... please kill me now! I had it!

You can't put no-cd crack again cause probably it replaces the executable file.

Also, i think you must do a new profile or something like that, gonna try it later, i'm glad they fixed the long passes, a lot of people where making it a bug...

would it work if I just replace my fifa.db with a fifa.db from someones computer who installed the patch successfully. Because all I am missing is the transfers

Here is the skinny on this patch as of now...(look at time on the bottome left side of this message).

Although the patch updates it really doesn't! Line-ups are exactly the same and the most important thing... You can't go online! Now its not just me... The EA FIFA forum people have same issues. My advice if you haven't played with this stupid patch is WAIT UNTILL IT WORKS! This is my 2 cents for the day...

I just noticed that EA also has a set of DD patch files (on their ftp download page) which are DRM type files but I have no clue where and what to do wif them. EA are the biggest noobs I can't believe this BS. Who the freak realease a patch to a game via a ftp site. Come on---- Who here is the U.S. because I'm going to file a petition in court! Im serious! This is not even funny anymore.

I have problems installing the patch... I re-installed Fifa and the damn patch doesn't want to work as it says old file was found but blablablaa... Running fifa on original .exe i also tried other fifa patches from the ftp but non work for me. Damn ea ****ed up again!

HA HA the EA message board just crashed because so many pissed of mofos are plain MAD!!!!! HA HA now this is funny!!! :boohoo: but its also very sad

Either they got mad that too many people complaining or too many people flooded the system. Either way it was due to pissed of folks that didn't do anything wrong to deserve to be treated like a pack of DOGS.

If I recall... Didn't they screw up with fifa 07 DEMO? I was lucky enough to download it a few days after the fact but didn't they have issues with the first demo released????? NOOBS. Even my cat know more about check controls than those noobs

all we need is one good db file with all the updates and we done.

if you get the problem that your patch wont install because of and old file error it means you probably downloaded the wrong version of the patch. But it doesn't matter because for some reason you can't update the transfers. on the EA forums they said that you can't use a no-cd or no-dvd file because it will make the file not work. So if someone could create a no-cd or no-dvd that does work with the patch that would be amazing. Also the DD versions of the patch are for people who downloaded the game from EA for 40$ instead of buying it at a store.

Err...so which patch should I download for Australian FIFA? I just downloaded the UK one and I got the old file error.
