I agree with Jomi, you must be mad to actually BUY a patch for the game.

Whoever the guy is who is selling the patch is breaking the law, it is illegal to sell modifications for games for money because it is seen as breaking laws on intellectual property. It is also something that Seabass stated in past interviews is something he's been trying to eradicate because many dodgy people were ripping off the game and selling it fully patched.

This is a bit like the trick the makers of Superpatch tried with making people pay about two quid just to download it, bang out of order! :kader:

funny thing is there are only 80 of these available, I thought it'd be unlimited availability. You are the reason people won't make patch. I've seen less famous patch makers make complete patch these days. There are just little patches, here and there. As for pes2008 pc, with kitserver, you would be stupid to pay for patch. But hey, it's your brain, can't make you think otherwise.

Its these wankers who sell patches on the likes of ebay that has made many of the great patch makers give up on making complete patches, even to the point where they've left the PES community altogether. I've seen a number of these scumbags sell patched-up copies of PES where they've modified the game with one of the big patches, or compiled it totally of other peoples' works...... and then have the arduous cheek to make money out of it, because of gullible saps who fell for their BS and parted with their cash.

It's one of the reasons why I don't bother so much with PES editing any more (I only edit stuff for my own personal use), I found out some of my works got included in patches that these people sold on ebay and the like, I used to edit stuff and post them online for others to put in their game for nothing, not for some idiot to pull a fast one. Many others had the same viewpoint and you don't see them about no more.

Sorry about the rant but it had to be said.
