I dont see how Lehmann has a good relationshp with Wenger etc.

Arsenal are always linked with keepers (Frey, Juuskalainen - 2 of the recent ones) who are to replace him when the transfer windows opens or next summer.

I know that he knows he is only good for another year or 2 but wouldnt u get sick of it?? He gets judged wrongly (unbeaten in the league says it all) and now he says he wants to play for Bayern.

Cut the man some slack!

Well, I hate Lehman, but I really hope that he's gonna be the starting keeper for Germany instead of Kahn in 2006.

A "Monkey Kahnogutan" would be a much better topic. That guy needs to be put into a mental hospital.

Arsenal have been linked with Frey for the past 2 seasons and thats usually because Frey himself has been going to the italian press and selling the story. I don't think Juuskalainen would be good enough to play for Arsenal, he makes good saves for Bolton ut he doesn't command his area.

Now as for Lehmann

His goalkeeping style isn't suited to the English game. When he was playing in Germany, the style of the game was more shots then anything else, he comes to English and its more crosses, hes not used to having to collect around 12 crosses a game and it shows, his technique is poor and even worse his confidence on taking crosses is also poor. You'd think it'd be pretty easy for a guy with size 11 hands

Mad Jens is probably one of the best keepers at collecting crosses IMO.

I've seen more then enough evidence this season alone. dropping crosses, crosses slipping through his hands.

Even if he was good at crosses the amount of errors he makes are more than enough for a keeper with his wealth of experience
