Meanwhile, Buffon postpones his surgery for a month because he wants to try and play a couple of games in the World Cup. Doesn't Juventus pay his salary? He'll be out until freakin' 2011.

That's why we're getting Storari. :( He should just sit out the rest of the tournament and let Marchetti do his job as he is more than capable.

Well if he is willing to risk his shoulder to play this World Cup maybe he isn't thinking in Juve anymore. Maybe he should go.

Time to catch up on Juventus now that Italy is going home. :) Gazetta is reporting that Bonucci(co-owned by Genoa and Bari) is Juve property. 50% of Criscito is heading towards Genoa to get that deal done, and Almiron is heading toward Bari.

Meh. Pepe, Storari, Bonucci, probably Martinez... Martinez isn't even in Uruguay's national team. Marotta seems to think he still works for Sampdoria. I saw a quote of him saying we'll get lots of players, but I'd rather have 2 or 3 GREAT players than a whole bunch of mediocre ones that won't make the difference.

We should totally sign Gregory van der Wiel. He'll be one of the best right backs in the world, and after Maicon I find him the best RB at the World Cup already. Could improve defensively, but very solid and reliable offensively.

Good stuff, but I'm a little pessimistic over the fact that 30M+ euros has been spent on depth.

Also... Yeah... Felipe Melo... That guy... Ehhhhh....

Meh, Juve post-Moggi are reckless spenders, whatever, our signings can't turn out worse than previous seasons, can they?

Also, I think we as Juventus fans should be the last ones surprised to see Melo completely lose it. He's retarded.

both the goals were nearly entirely his fault too, he got in cesars way and deflected it in for the first, and for the second he was marking sneijder then sneijder moved about 2 meters and melo was too busy ball watching and nothing really needs to be said about the sending off really.

i actually rate motta and im pretty sure he can play both left and right too

Our opener is against Bari on the 29th. And Diego to Wolfsburg is looking like a done deal but Del Neri has come out and stated he might still feature in his plans for the upcoming season, so who knows.
