Ibra would be pretty awesome in black and blue, however he is quite overrated. :p When is it decided what will happen to Juve, I thought it was today? (:/)

I can definitely picture it.......and, it's mighty picturesque.....I can definitely taste it.....and, it's mighty ear delicious........I can definitely feel it......and, it's mighty supple, soft and succulent..... :hump:

Adriano---Ibra looks unstoppable on paper, but unfortunatly that is about as far as it probably goes. I remember in his first year at juve he was there most dangerous player and i was afraid when the ball got to him near the box.

I would rather luca but zlatan is much younger and has some serious potential i think...

Forza Matrix!

and Welcome Sir Fabio Grosso!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MILAN - And here he is... World Cup winner Fabio Grosso visited Inter's headquarters this morning for the first time after joining the club on a permanent deal from Palermo. Grosso's four-year contract until 30 June 2010 was registered at the Italian Football League's offices on 29 June 2006.

The 28-year-old defender met Massimo Moratti at the Saras offices before making the short trip to via Durini where he greeted technical director Marco Branca and transfer market consultant Gabriele Oriali. The 28-year-old defender also met his new coach Roberto Mancini and briefly discussed pre-season training details before leaving for his summer holidays early this afternoon. To give the player as much time as possible with his pregnant wife Jessica, Fabio Grosso will be presented to the media on his return to training.

For all Nerazzurri fans Grosso is already part of the family, and those who ran into him on the streets of Milan this morning welcomed him with affection and enthusiasm. His reply? "Io sono Interista". Like the badge pinned on his T-shirt. Pinned over the heart of a world champion

Grosso is a ****ty defender who is far too attack minded for someone of his capabilities. He's only an upgrade on Favalli going forward in my opinion. I actually couldn't stand watching him in his time at Palermo and Perugia, but I guess after his heroics at the WC, he's got the LB position locked up.

I wonder how much Juve value Chiellini at? I would've preferred him to Grosso.

if he doesn't perform, Mancini won't play him...i never watched him before the cup but I am interested to see if can play as well for Inter as he did for Italy, I would definitaly be concerned with his defense...see Pierre Wome :nape:

Wome is different, he went out of his way to f*ck things up for everyone else on the field (i.e. first leg of Villarreal match). Thank God he's moved on, a heartattack every time he played. Grosso is a welcome addition to our weakest position. I too would've preferred Chiellini due to his youth and defensive superiority, but Grosso has shown he can shine in the clutch, a quality this side has lacked.

On the subject of forwards...Something's gotta give. If Mancini decides he only needs 4 strikers this season again (3.5 with Recoba's perpetually injured ass) I'm going to have an aneurysm. Adriano's not going anywhere it seems, so he's going to have to start playing like part of the team if he wants to do well. I could care less if he scores as long as he's helping the team rather than hurting it. Early in the season he was spreading the ball around and creating opportunities for others. Then it seems he realized he wasn't scoring a lot and became desperate for goals.

I'm not crazy on Trez or Ibra, they look more likely to come on a transfer than Toni though. Honestly, I'm interested in a move for Cassano. His form's been pretty poor, but maybe that means we can get him for cheap. I can't imagine he's happy in Madrid where he's behind Raul for the coach's favor. Everyone knows his money in the Serie A and he likes to link the forwards with the midfield, something else we're missing. Longshot, I know, but those are my thoughts.

Moratti: I'd like Maniche at Inter Milan

Inter Milan patron Massimo Moratti admits they're interested in Dynamo Moscow midfielder Maniche.
Luis Figo has urged Moratti to bring his Portugal teammate to the San Siro for the new season and the Inter supremo had sports chief Marco Branca scout Maniche during the World Cup.

"Our midfield?" Moratti declared, "it's strong, but there's no doubt that I would like Maniche to be part of it.

"We have signed Maxwell and you will see that he is a jewel."

Zlatan-Adriano on paper is one of the super-est attacking duos to ever be assembled.

However, on current form, you really are gonna struggle for goals.

and why the hell Maniche..? sure he's great. but I dont think you guys need him.

Didnt Mihailovic hang them up already?

and if Grosso is in, where does that leave Burdisso? Is he just a backup now or is he gone too?
