James Rodriguez is a little over-rated.

Without Falcao, Colombia became a one-man team. And no one had heard of James Rodriguez before this tournament. For those 2 reasons, no one marked him and that is why he got the goals.

For me, the best player of the tournament was Thomas Muller. Did you see how many assists he ended with? All of that PLUS he had 5 goals.

Rodriguez is only good for tap ins against Greece.

He's okay, I'd say a traditionally good captain. But Neuer... Neuer is a GREAT captain. Not only does he have a chance to go down as the greatest keeper of all time, but he raises his game in the big moments and plays with a fire. I'll never forget him stepping up and scoring a penalty in the 2012 Champions League Final because no one else would man up.

I did see Neuer play a dreadful 2012 DFB-Pokal final vs. Dortmund (5-2). He also had several strange moments during some league games around that time, being out too far from his goal and conceding as a result. But now he's got it all under control.

No, it should have been a throw in to Argentina. Again, the GK is entitled to go for the ball, and when Higuain saw that he was not going to win it he needed to move out of the way. GKs jump into players all the time in the box on corners.
