---------------------BACKUP YOUR FIFA DATA BEFORE IMPORTING ANYTHING!---------------------------------------------------------

I'm nothing if not quixotic. Therefore, I endeavor to add as many leagues as possible to FIFA. I aim to keep adding them until I reach some insurmountable obstacle. We obviously cannot add every league. But, the hope is that we can add lots.

Thanks to tons of help from the community, a brilliant program called Web Content Extractor (SO worth the money), and Roster Maker 15 (Previously released; learn sql, it will change your life) I can make a basic league in about a day now.

1. The leagues have generic kits (you can make new ones if you like)
2. There likely are some roster errors. I can only be as accurate as the sites from which I pull data. Wikipedia tends to be the best but it isn't uniform enough for me to use the web crawler.
3. They are in CMP format and can be used in career mode. If you need help with this step, let me know.

I'm taking requests (shoot them to me in pm). If you can help put together the rosters, that would be great. If you are willing to help or contribute in other ways, I'd also welcome that. I have to work in spurts due to grad school. If anyone else can fill in the gaps, I'd be incredibly appreciative!

If you do want to help with rosters, please use the format found in this spreasheet.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1bvyyPvEZ0RWycGMLr34ZhmqAjETT-Hp0z9vB7s_9uhI/edit?usp=sharing

It is easiest if you put the players in order from your perception of the best to the worst. In the squad rank, you can either put your suggestion for their overall value or their squad rank. Height, Weight, DoB, and Positions (If this is blank, that player will become a central midfielder) can all be blank. Please make sure you provide me at least their name and nationality.

Leagues

CONCACAF

TT Pro League (Trinidad and Tobago) v0.1
Another user has been working on a T&T patch but I don't think it has been released yet. When it is, I'm sure it will be more accurate than this one.

Red Stripe Premier League 0.1

AFC
J League (Japan) v0.1

Chinese Super League v0.1

Persian Gulf Pro League (Japan) v0.1

OFC

ASB Premiership (New Zealand) v0.1

As with all of my patches, anyone may modify and rerelease them however they choose. I'd appreciate some credit, but it's really not that important.

Kits are created mostly using mogolos' template which he shared freely.

Combined patches

Every League Project (ELP) Combined Patch Version 1

Leagues from:

Jamaica (under Venezuela)
Trinidad and Tobago (under Venezuela)
New Zealand (under New Zealand)
Japan (under Japan)
Costa Rica (DreamZZ/Asanabri; under Mexico)
Zimbabwe (Ouma/Celtian Black Africa Patch; under South Africa)
Zambia (Ouma/Celtian Black Africa Patch; under South Africa
South Africa (Ouma/Celtian Black Africa Patch; under South Africa)
Ivory Coast (Ouma/Celtian Black Africa Patch; under Ivory Coast)
Tunisia (Ouma/Celtian Black Africa Patch; under Algeria)
Cameroon (Ouma/Celtian Black Africa Patch; under Cameroon)
Kenya (Ouma/Celtian Black Africa Patch; under Egypt)
Ghana (Ouma/Celtian Black Africa Patch; under Ghana)
Morocco (Ouma/Celtian Black Africa Patch; under Morocco)
Nigeria (Ouma/Celtian Black Africa Patch; under Nigeria)

If I missed anyone in credits, please tell me. I will add them right away. Player OVR values were adjusted based on my global quantitative system.

Minikits needed for most teams. Kits needed for the first four teams. Very basic league structure in the first version. The point was to make sure it worked together. Now we can refine it.

Naming convention. This is v1. If you edit and reupload this version (and you are the first to do so) please call it v1.1. If you edit THAT version and you are the sixth (for example) to do so, please call it v1.1.6. See the pattern?

Every League Patch version 2

New inclusions:
Algeria (Ouma/Celtian Black Africa Patch; under Algeria)
China (under China)
Iran (under Australia - I will eventually move it to Saudi Arabia if I can but had a problem doing so in this version)

Upgrades:
Budgets and prestige adjusted considerably for more international consistency.

Removals:
English Capital One Cup
English Johnstone Paint Trophy
English Community Shield

I can send you Montego Bay United if you want (without kits though). I don't make kits but I'm good with ratings.

Just post a cmp on the page. I'll add it to the front page? What's your system for ratings? I hate an elaborate statistical approach I use to develop ratings.

Btw. I want at first ASB Premiership (New Zealand).

Not clear here. Are you requesting that I make New Zealand or saying that you want to make it?

I'll post it when I get home. The clubs I make I compare to the clubs already made; since few Jamaican clubs were already made a couple of months ago, I just compared Montego Bay to Arnett Gardens. They're obviously slightly worse team, hence the ratings are appropriate.
First I usually check if these players were/are members of national team, then comes transfermarkt, and in the end, I look up for match reviews to see who does free kicks, penalties, who's the captain and who's mostly on the bench... etc.

how about all 3 Scottish leagues with some smaller stadiums???

I don't do stadiums. And I think I would prioritize countries that are not represented in the game.

That does sound largely subjective though.

bit pointless then if your not willing to add other leagues from countries already represented, Scotland has 4 leagues but only one is represented in the game

Nothing would be better than 4 Scottish Leagues, Chuckinho's already done all the kits.

Africa has over 100 leagues and none are represented. I'll tell you what, let me focus on geographic diversity First. As more of the world is represented, I'll try to come back for more of the second divisions.

Also, if you put the rosters into an excel document with the format I specified, I can get you a cmp file with those players in about an hour work time. I just won't work on the formations, kits, etc yet. Deal?

In theory, this sounds superb.

Fast, very simple way of creating leagues that don't already feature. For that, it's perfect.

Few things hit me while I was skirting through the OP.

1. Do leagues have domestic cups?
2. Are they linked into continental competition (should it be warranted)?
3. How generic are the generic kits? Screenshots?
4. Competition trophies need to be imported to avoid CTD's at the end of the first season, correct?
5. What's going on with player stats? Can you elaborate on the statistical approach you use when developing leagues?

Excuse the questions, I'm always happy to learn how other people create their leagues in the hope I might learn something different.

Also, subzero... I was playing with the idea of creating the Scottish leagues after I've finished off my National League patch. My aim is to create all of the domestic leagues of Britain.

1. I haven't been making domestic cups, but there is nothing stopping them from being easily made. Brouette has done it with additional French leagues. The more cups you add, the fewer leagues you can add, however.

2. I'd love to get continental competitions rolling. However, I haven't tested. And, the bigger those tournaments are, the fewer leagues you can have.

3. They are very very generic. I trust that if it bothers the community, they will make better kits or not play with these teams. My primary goal is to make it easier for others to edit the leagues they care about even if they have very little experience modding. Maybe one of them takes up kit making just so they can make Panamanian kits (for example).

4. Still testing, but I haven't run into any crashing problems yet progressing from season to season. I need to test the trophy lift ceremony still. But, generic cups can be imported for that.

5. http://www.soccergaming.com/forums/showthread.php?t=192589 . Elaborate I did. And released the system.

ASB Premiership - New Zealand's Premier League added

I added the New Zealand Premier League to the first page. The data was pretty good for that league. Good choice! What's next? How about something from Africa?

Hi, is not possible to cover whole world in one db. DB has limitation of 1000 teams per one db (beacuse of formation table). That was the reason, why I splited my patche focused on Africa and Eurepe.
