On the champion's league. It's VITAL we keep a clean sheet at home. Villarreal don't score a lot, but they score enough and don't conceed.

A 2-0 home victory would see us through. But that's asking a lot.

Adebayor fears Henry exit

Emmanuel Adebayor has warned Arsenal that Thierry Henry may leave the club if they fail to make the Champions League final.

The French striker has yet to sign a new long-term contract with Arsenal and has been linked with a summer move to Barcelona.

And the Togo striker believes beating Spanish side Villarreal over two legs in Europe's elite club competition is crucial to Arsene Wenger's hopes of persuading Henry to stay.

The first clash with the La Liga takes place at Highbury on Wednesday and Adebayor told the News of the World: "This is a huge game - for lots of reasons.

"Success in this tournament could mean the difference between Thierry agreeing a new contract or not. This game is so important for the club going forwards

He bought adebayor cause it adds another dimension to the team, and 7 million cause he has the mental attributes that cannot be taught, whereas finishing can be taught to a player so yes.

You watch Arsenal play with Adebayor, you see Henry in a lot more space. Big players draw defenders because that's where the ball goes. Like Drogba for Chelsea and to a lesser extent van Nistlerooy. Secondly it was 7 million euros, so about 4 mill quid which is a fairly good deal. He's scored 4 goals in 10 games or something coming into a foreign culture and such. You can't judge him on this season, end of next season certainly.

And anyway, van Persie's done nothing in the last few games to say he's worth a starting place.

We lost our chance to legitimately close the gap in that draw. Our only sure-shot opportunity of participating in this tournament again next year is against Barca, honestly.

How many of you were PRAYING and just WANTING for RIquleme to mess up???? I know I was. I know some of you might not believe in higher powers but when you have millions and millions putting FAITH anything can happen.

That is why I ask all GUNNERS to keep the FAITH in the final!!!!!!!!!!! I knew this year we would be destined to reach it. COME ON YOU DAMN YOUNG GUNZ!!!!!! LETZ DO DIS!!!
