I have tearing in the PES 4 demo could it be my graphic card...

Specs:

2,0 GHz, 512 mb ddr ram, GeForce 4200 TI and LCD screen responsetime 13 ms...

Do you mean like a horizontal line that crosses your screen? In that case you have to turn on v-sync.

No it not that...when the frame moves fast from one end to the other vertically i have tearing which means the picture is not sharp during motion...

When you say turn on v-synch, do you mean within PES4(if so i don't see it , where is it?) or do you mean through the Nvidia/ATI control panel?

You do it in the Graphic Card Control Panel, yes.

Have you tried to highen the update frequency of your screen? I did this from 75 mHz to 85 mHz and it worked fine...

What about it?

Im on a lcd screen where 75 Hz is maximum! LCD screen is 13 ms in responsetime...
