what i must do to increase my teamwork? its stuck at 49 from the beggining.And whats the role of teamwork?is it important to team performance as at past tcm?i am playing with Olympiakos.

yes teamwork helps a lot from what i've experienced...especially if your playing a stronger side than your own.

try keeping the same first 11 for as many as matches as you can...this will help increase teamwork,friendlies too.
