I didn't know they cut that bit open for implants. I thought it was on the underside of the boob where it sort of meets the chest.

That's what I thought too. the scar is either fake or its for some other procedure.

Maybe they replaced the milk with Pepsi or something like that. The only logical reason I could think off for a scar being right on the nipple.
