In the game Mourinho always uses

I think he uses this, always worked well in my game (they are always in top, and a hell lot harder to beat than ManU/Arsenal for me)

Player Instructions are the most important part of the system IMO.

Without that....well, not too much success.

You can completely change the positions but with the right instructions, it can all work.

Exactly, my Sevilla game didn't start well (1 loss, 1 draw) then I changed the personal tactics and I beat Barca, Real Madid and Valencia after each other!

Yeah, I have to agree, but with some knowledge of football (not putting your DC on gung ho i.e.) and a good look at the players stats (not putting a player with 2 for creativity as a playmaker i.e.) you'll probably get the player instructions quite right.

yea, but sometimes FM tactics work in stupid ways, completely game-ish, like one small change in the way a dewfender or a midfielder plays just changes completely the effectiveness of the tactic. Not always true, but ive seen it and its prety annoying actualy. IT makes me feel that it doesnt take "logical" football-wise thinking, but only just luck and following some tricks (remember MC running to forward in CM? Well it still works "almost" as good in FM)

I never had any of my tactics cracked in 01/02. Why? I always changed one of my players' position by 1 pixel in a wibble or wobble screen after a match :crazyboy:
